Green Valley Home Inspection Services, LLC

Home Inspection Services

Green Valley Home Inspection Services, LLC offers a variety of services designed to meet the needs of home buyers, home sellers and current home owners.  The most common home inspection is made for potential home buyers.  Yet, if you are planning to sell your current home, a  Move-In Certified™ Inspection can help you to identify potential issues that may affect the sale.  And, even if you are happy with your current home and have no plans to buy or sell, a home inspection can help you to maintain your home and better understand it's operation for years to come.  An annual home inspection is recommended to help identify and address issues before they become more expensive problems.  There are also related services tailored to the individual needs of the client.

Because continuing education progressively adds to a home inspector's skillset, more services will continue to be added.  Prices for complete home inspections are based on a number of factors, such as the age and size of the home.  In most cases, an accessory structure such as a detached garage, a fence and similar structures on the property are included in the inspection.  Some restrictions and conditions may apply.

Green Valley is a Pet Friendly Inspection Business.  If you have pets, they are likely an important part of your family and Green Valley is not inconvenienced by them.  In fact, I am happy to take pets into consideration when inspecting a home.  If you have a pet, please be sure to mention this important fact when contacting me.  At no additional charge, I will take extra time to get a "pets-eye-view" while inspecting a home to help identify potential safety hazards for your pets.
